Roy Sandefer
Founder, CWS Medical, LLC

Roy Sandefer is the founder of CWS Medical, LLC, bringing more than 21 years of leadership and top-level performance in pharmaceutical sales to the clinics he serves.

Roy earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Delta State University and later completed his MBA at Millsaps College. Earlier in his career, he also served as a Military Intelligence Analyst, an experience that sharpened his analytical thinking, discipline, and strategic approach — skills that continue to guide his work today.

After completing his MBA, Roy joined a pharmaceutical start-up company where he quickly became a top performer. He played a key role in opening new territories, building markets from the ground up, and helping launch an entirely new division within the organization. Over more than two decades, Roy contributed to the company’s sustained growth until it was ultimately acquired. Following that acquisition, he chose to build something of his own — CWS Medical, LLC.

Our Mission

The name CWS carries personal meaning. It represents Christ Without Sin, reflecting Roy’s faith and values, as well as Cooke White Sandefer, honoring two families who played a pivotal role in his life. The White family supported Roy during his high school years, and the Cooke family supported him through college. Their guidance and belief in him helped shape his commitment to resilience, integrity, and treating others with fairness and respect.

Today, CWS Medical develops and manages contracts with pharmaceutical companies, compounding pharmacies, and manufacturers. Roy is intentional in pursuing partnerships that meet his high standards for reliability, purity, quality, and affordability. His mission is simple: to help clinics access trusted products that improve patient outcomes, while also consulting with medical practices to reduce costs, simplify sourcing, and increase profitability.
